Mrs. Saswati Maitra got her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, India. While pursuing a career at the Parliamentary Library in New Zealand she rediscovered her passion for art and teaching. She has taught 1st Grade Art at The Village School for over 14 years. She loves to teach and inspire students to be creative and develop a life long appreciation for the arts.
